Early Access / Beta Terms

Last updated: June 2026 · Draft policy for beta launch.

While Selyct is in beta, additional terms apply. These supplement (not replace) the main Terms of Service.

1. Launch stages

Selyct may operate in any of the following stages:

  • Internal testing — closed to the public.
  • Private beta — invite-only.
  • Controlled public beta — capped registrations, controlled features.
  • Full public launch — full marketplace.

2. Seller access

Seller access may require an application, identity verification, an invite code, and manual admin approval. Approval is not guaranteed.

3. Pauses and feature controls

Selyct may pause seller applications, listing publishing, offers, messaging or transactions at any time for safety or operational reasons.

4. Limited features

Marketplace features may be limited during beta. Some integrations may operate in provider test mode — you'll be informed before performing actions affected by this.

5. No service guarantees

Beta availability is not guaranteed. Don't rely on beta features as production-grade service availability.

6. Evolving trust systems

Trust and verification systems will evolve. Trust score, badges and verification requirements may change.

7. Policy updates

Policies are subject to update before full public launch. We'll notify you of material changes.

8. Acceptance

Beta terms acceptance may be required before applying to sell, performing verification, messaging, making offers, buying or selling. You can record your acceptance at Accept Beta Terms.

9. Feedback

By participating you may receive surveys or be asked for feedback. Feedback you give may be used to improve the product.

This is a draft policy published during Selyct's beta. Final terms will be reviewed by legal counsel prior to full public launch.
